A Tree With Roots is a traditional based music collective out to preserve Woodstock songwriting and music. It is a musical continuation of The Late Night Drifters (Woodstock/Philly Group) that has embraced Bob Dylan And The Band's, Basement Tapes style of recording. The band formed after a night of hanging out with Garth Hudson ( Producer Of The Basement Tapes) at a Taco Bell drive thru.
